Returns & Cancellation Policy

Boxer Tools is not liable for any loss caused by, or resulting from, the failure to disseminate instructions and or warnings. Boxer Tool is not responsible for personal injury, property loss, damages (direct, incidental, or consequential) arising out of use of this product. Customers are urged to understand and comply with all State, Local, and Federal law, as well as consensus standards for their industry.  

RETURNS

Boxer Tools wants to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please email us at customerservice@boxertool.com or call us 562-946-6568 regarding your return or for any other questions.

Order number, customer shipping address, and phone number will also be required for processing purposes. Images or video may be requested.

Guidelines for returns

  • Returns must have an authorized RMA # from Boxer Tool.
  • Returns must be new and unused.
  • Returns may only be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • 20% restocking fee will be applied for approved returns, once the product is received from Boxer Tool.
  • Shipping Charges are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible to ship the item back to Boxer Tool, in which we recommend adding insurance, as damages will be refused.

Certain items will not be eligible for returns as these items fall into our final sale category (listed below). If you have questions or concerns about the product you received, feel free to reach out to us at customerservice@boxertool.com.

  • Any Custom Orders
  • Straps, Chains, Ropes
  • Items, including but not limited to, links, clips, bolts, hooks, and shackles.

Damaged or Lost Orders

 Upon discovery of a lost shipment or damages upon receiving your shipment, please contact us immediately for assistance. Please contact us within 1 week of receiving your order, as we’d like to help and work with you to get this issue resolved.

  • Please inspect your shipment upon arrival to ensure all items were received.
  • If the product arrived damaged, please provide us with pictures of damages and contact us at customerservice@boxertool.com

Abuse of Return Privileges

Our return policy is in place to ensure customers don't get stuck with the wrong item. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items that are no longer brand-new condition, modifications made by the user, etc.

Cancellation

Any orders cancelled before shipping, will be subject to a 5% fee. Any order that has already been shipped, cannot be cancelled or adjusted. Any custom orders cannot be cancelled or adjusted upon order confirmation.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately to find out if your order can be cancelled prior to ship out. If successful, you will receive a cancellation email. If cancellation is not possible prior to ship out, the product(s) will be delivered to you and may be returned in accordance with the procedure set out above.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected from Boxer Tool, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@boxertool.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
If an item is on sale, all sales are final and not eligible for returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
