We ship only in Contiguous United States via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and LTL trucking carriers, and use the carrier offering the lowest price based on package size, weight, and final destination. We aim to ship in-stock items the same business day, when received by 12 pm, Pacific Time. When after 12 pm PST, we will ship the next business day. Delays may occur when processing an order, where it can take an additional 1-3 business days. Custom orders will also take an additional few days to process before they ship.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and a tracking information email once your item has shipped. If you do not receive either emails, give us a call at 562-946-6568 or email us at email@example.com. Once you have the tracking information, you are also able to check the status of your package on the shipping carrier's website.
