Our Response to COVID-19
Boxer Tools chooses to remain open for our customers who are essential to their community with specific guidelines and limitations to protect the ones we love.
Following are a few procedures we're taking to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers:
- Our employees have been trained to practice social distancing at all times.
- Our employees are trained to wear protective masks and gloves to assist you with your orders. Masks are mandatory upon picking up your order.
- We are regularly cleaning and sanitizing our office space, including sanitizing between customers at our will-call station.
Due to a limited production staff, we ask for your patience and understanding as there may be a slight delay to all assembled items. We still aim to ship out your orders the same day (if ordered before noon), but please note that there may be a longer than usual delay to all shipping times.
