Returns and Shipping Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns must be authorized in advance. Material cut to order, and custom made assemblies are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Restock Fee: We require a 15% restocking fee plus outbound freight charge on ALL returns and product exchanges.
Please call or email CustomerService@BoxerTool.com to get your Return Authorization (RA) number prior to shipping any product to us.
Merchandise must be returned, freight prepaid, and credit will be issued at invoiced price less than the original outbound freight cost and re-stocking fee.
We ship via USPS and UPS.
We aim to ship in-stock items the same business day, when received by 12 pm, Pacific Time. When after 12 pm PT, we will ship the next business day.
For shipment outside the United States and its territories, contact our sales experts for a quote at 562-946-6568 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, and an email with tracking details shortly after. If you do not receive either emails, give us a call at 562-946-6568 or email us at email@example.com. Once you have the tracking information, you are also able to check the status of your package on UPS or USPS.
