Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is placed, we do our best to prepare it for shipment immediately. In most cases, we can’t change or cancel your order, but contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-800-985-1077 and we’ll do our best to help.
Can I order or ship products outside of the United States?
Yes. Where do you live? Give us a call and we'll do our best to help you get your products on time.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, PayPal, ApplePay.
I have a resale license, and need to order wholesale in bulk. Do you have a separate section to purchase?
Yes, we do! Prices shown on this website are in individual quantities for end users only. If you are purchasing bulk quantities to resale, give us a call or email us for additional business prices.
Are your products domestic or import?
We have both domestic and import. Majority of our imported products come from Taiwan, made with premium high-quality materials made to last. Our target customers is seeking high quality, economically-priced products. All assemblies are assembled domestically in the United States. Contact us on specific customizations.
