Returns and Exchanges

Any custom-made straps, or any straps that have been altered in any way, cannot be returned or exchanged once the order has been confirmed. No exceptions. 
Returns and exchanges on any other straps (tow straps, packaged tie downs, etc) will only be accepted if it is still in its original packaging, and has not been tampered with. 
Any health and personal protection equipment (masks, gloves) cannot be returned or exchanged upon order confirmation. 
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of your original purchase date. You will be responsible for paying your own freight when shipping your item back to us. 
Any other items, please fill out this form with your contact information, original purchase date (as it is written on your order confirmation), and the item/quantity you would like to return or exchange.
Once your request is received, an associate will assist you in a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number for you to process your return and/or exchange.
